HOW DO I SIGN UP WITH A GROUP?
During registration, you will have the option to create or join a team.
CAN I PUSH A STROLLER?
Unfortunately, the trails are quite technical so these events are not stroller friendly.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PACKET FOR ME?
Yes, as long as you send them with a printed or electronic copy of your confirmation email and your ID!
ARE THERE REFUNDS/TRASFERS?
We have a no refunds policy and registrations are non-transferrable. Once you purchase your registration, we use the funds to buy t-shirts, finisher medals, and finisher awards, pay the timing company, and cover the cost of organizing the event.
However, we understand that emergencies happen so please send us an email and we’ll give you a discount to a future race.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER POLICY?
The trails at TX State Parks are sensitive to weather and are closed after rainstorms to protect the conditions of the trails. Our participants’ safety is the most important thing so in the case of significantly inclement weather (i.e. lightning in the area), the event may be delayed or cancelled. If threatening weather conditions force cancellation of the event, we will reschedule two or three weeks after.
